Tomorrow is Thanksgiving! It’s one of my favorite days of the year! I love to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, look at the black friday ads and spend time with my family and eats lots of yummy food! I also love to get in a in a killer workout in the morning. If you don’t have time to leave your house but still want to workout, I have put together a workout you can do while watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!
Do the exercises listed for every performance or object listed. For instance, for every balloon you see, you’ll do 30 air squats. If you see a black friday ad, you’ll do 10 sit-ups etc..
