    This is a great list. I am enjoying some of these benefits because I had gastric sleeve surgery a year and a half ago. It’s still a struggle for me. I gave up surgary drinks, and that has helped a lot. The surgery doesn’t just fix everything; you have to follow the rules. I am still working on getting down to my goal weight. But, my blood pressure is now normal, and my cholesterol is good. I am more confident. I still need to work, but I am getting there. Thanks for the motivation today!
